Make life joyful again through therapy.
Therapy is not just a place to discuss things with a friend or family member. Instead, it is a place where your whole self is fully recognized, explored, challenged, and accepted.
Imagine sitting alone in your room, stuck in dark thoughts, but not knowing where they came from or what to do about them. Then, imagine being with someone who can be there with you as those thoughts unfold, and you can talk about them without restraint or a need to censor yourself, as you would typically do with most people.
Life is precious, yet for many people, obstacles get in the way of the actualization of our greatness. The most important part of therapy is having a space where you no longer have to be alone with those thoughts. You can be with a caring person who carries the burden with you and helps you seek clarity and understanding as you work through your inner world. This is not only a place to gain insight into how your past impacts your present state. Understanding your “depth” is essential, but only a starting point.
Next, we examine what Viennese psychiatrist and Holocaust survivor Viktor Frankl calls “height psychology.” It is all about finding meaning in and through your struggles, which ultimately helps you bring out your true greatness. Finally, the key is action. We take what has been learned by understanding the depth and height, and put it all into action.
Safety comes first.
Therapy starts with a safe and supportive environment which helps the lid of our inner world come off. Then, we dig deep into your past and present state and bring out your greatness.
Entering the therapy room is like warming yourself up in front of the fireplace. Patients and attentiveness toward your thoughts and feelings are treated with true tenderness, genuine concern, and care. Next, therapy helps you decide what you would like to be different. We learn to accept the whole you with all of its parts and contradictory complexities.
While therapy has a teaching component, the key is helping you find the answers independently. It’s about empowering you to be in the driver’s seat of your life.
Therapy is hard work. It is all about striking a healthy balance between challenging your unhelpful components and supporting who you want to become.
Therapy is like a personalized GPS for navigating life.
Navigating life’s challenges can be hard; that’s why having someone alongside you can make the journey smoother and more successful rather than going alone.
Specifically, being in the modern world with the constant bombardment of social media and nonstop scrolling makes the essential things fly by the wayside. This often leads to isolation and loneliness as you try to dig yourself out of this procrastination-filled world. You ask, “When will I finally get my life in order?”
You may be surprised to learn that you are not alone. Many others like you were where you are now and have made a complete 180° turn. Can you imagine yourself in a better place where struggle no longer plagues you?
Find the road you are meant to travel.
Being in good hands with a therapist who fully understands you and travels alongside you as you work to reroute, navigate, and find your destination in life.
This journey can be long and drawn out, with numerous roadblocks and bumps, turbulent waters, and other obstacles to reaching your destination. Yet, having a therapist with you every step makes this process more manageable and much easier. You also have someone who cares about you deeply, always believes in you no matter what, and is there for you through thick and thin.
When the journey becomes overwhelming and even unbearable, you may feel like giving up and throwing in the towel, but I will be by your side to help strengthen that inner voice that knows you can get there.
Therapy can make life feel more successful.
As therapy unfolds, I am dedicated to being with you every step of the way. You will start to believe in and trust yourself, possibly for the first time.
Life will become meaningful again. As your depth and height get put into action, you will feel more and more like the person you always wanted to be. It will become clear to you how the painstaking work in therapy will have all been worth it.
While the journey to a successful life is ongoing, your experience in therapy will teach you how to go on your own without fear. And most importantly, you will feel confident in your superb life navigation skills.
